2)     When the Copyright Holder Allows the Use and Limits Monetization

 

Just like in 'Non - monetization' case, this means that the author of the music has allowed the use on the condition that the YouTuber isn’t monetizing the contents.

 

Therefore, the YouTuber has no need to delete the content.
